Project Management
Every organization runs on projects. Someone has to lead them. The Project Management, AAS-T at Lake Washington Institute of Technology gives you the practical skills, industry tools, and real-world experience to step into that role in construction, IT, healthcare, manufacturing, government, or professional services from day one.

This is not a theory-first program. You will plan, execute, and close simulated projects before you ever leave the classroom. And you will graduate knowing how to use AI tools the way the best project managers already do.
Why Project Management at LWTech?
- Hands-on from the start: Work through simulated projects that reflect real workplace expectations, not textbook exercises
- Tools employers use: Build and manage schedules in Microsoft Project, run Agile sprints, and apply PMBOK frameworks used across every major industry

- Lead people, not just tasks: Develop the emotional intelligence and communication skills that separate good project managers from great ones
- Flexible online options: Complete your AAS-T on your schedule through fully online and hybrid course offerings
- 90 credits to a credential: Earn your degree and enter the workforce in as little as two years
